About Kaye

For my executive coaching and consulting I draw on the diverse leadership positions I have held and my experience helping other leaders build strong organizations.  I couple these with a deep belief in the value and joy of ongoing education and discovery.

I started my business career working with small and medium size business to develop strategic and operational plans. After I completed my MBA, I went to work at Intel Corporation where I held various leadership positions in Human Resources, business groups and the Intel Foundation.

My time with the Intel Foundation was transformative.  Working with people committed to making the world a better place led to a personal awakening and set me on my current journey.

In those roles I built dynamic teams, developed, and implemented multi-million-dollar initiatives, created new operational frameworks, navigated multiple strategic shifts, and lead through significant downsizings. I also coached executives on how to effectively lead organizations through rapid growth and seismic industry shifts, revitalize organizations suffering from exhaustion and low morale, and create aligned and purpose driven organizations.

“I define a leader as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes, and who has the courage to develop that potential.” – Brene Brown

Every position brought successes, challenges, and failures. I have worked in organizations where people thrived and repeatedly surpassed their goals. I have also experienced and learned from organizations where change was not managed with clarity and compassion, where people and business practices were not aligned and where leaders have not had the support they need.

In addition to what I have learned as a leader, I continually expand my knowledge around coaching, neuroscience, organizational development, and systems change so I can effectively help leaders and organizations create practical and sustainable solutions.

I am a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a premier provider of executive coach training. I hold a Master of Arts from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

If you would like to find out how I can put my experience and understanding to work to help you or your organization, schedule a short conversation or send me a short note.

“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.” –  Dolly Parton
