Executive Coaching
My goal is to help you learn how to continuously increase your leadership and human capacity.
You may possess strengths on which you already rely. There may also be strengths of which you were not even aware but are hidden within you. Equally, there are tools and techniques that you may never have considered that can help you move forward in new ways. I am there to help you find the perfect mix for your success.

When I take on a new client, we form a partnership. My responsibility is to create a safe space where we can explore how your leadership appears to yourself and others. Then we can explore deeper into how that leadership can impact your organization, your team, and your life. I am there to listen and support. I am there to provide guidance, ask questions, and help you find clarity. Your responsibility is to be present, be willing to explore, and invest time and effort in your own development.
Your coaching program will be custom-designed for you – your needs, your goals, your strengths, your organization. Every program will include clear outcomes that allow us to assess the effectiveness of the work and adjust as needed.
Executive leadership coaching programs typically last six to nine months. Change takes time and comes from reflection, practice, and feedback. We will meet regularly. Between our meetings you will have self-reflections and exercises that will allow you to develop new insights and strengths.

Team Coaching
Team coaching enables the team to learn new skills and gain new insights together while working through real-life challenges. This, in turn, leads to a climate where ideas flourish and mutual goals are achieved.
